Terms and Conditions 

• Participation is open to individual developers.

• All submitted information must be accurate and verifiable.

• HDFC reserves the right to cancel any published project or bidding process.

• Lowest price does not guarantee project award. Award of work is subject to delivery period, satisfactory evaluation of skills, competency, and relevant experience.

• HDFC may select the next lowest bidder if the lowest bidder fails technical evaluation.

• Payment will be made in MVR after the component has been delivered, reviewed, and accepted by HDFC. The component must meet the agreed requirements and quality standards.

Support and Warranty

• Developers are not required to warranty services or ongoing support.

• Small clarifications or corrections identified during acceptance testing may be requested before final acceptance.

Failure to Deliver

• There are no financial penalties for non-delivery.

• However, a developer who accepts an award and subsequently fails to deliver without reasonable justification may be disqualified from participating in future DevTender opportunities.

Ownership of Deliverables

• All deliverables developed under a DevTender project shall become the exclusive property of HDFC upon payment.

• HDFC shall have full rights to use, modify, and distribute the deliverables as it deems appropriate.

• The developer shall have no ownership rights over the completed work.
